Once the processes are in place, the aim of QA is to ensure that mistakes are not passed onto the customer. Generally, there is a QA team whose responsibility it is to find and report any issues or problems within the processes.

The QA systematic approach measures, compares with a standard, monitors through processes, and engages feedback loops that provide the validation of acceptance or rejection.
