Our founder and CEO, Renaud Anjoran, is a globally-recognised expert in quality and supply chain issues.

He has worked in purchasing and then quality for 13 years in greater China. His main experience have been in textiles, eyewear, furniture, oil & gas, electronics, plastic injection, die casting, and paint.

He is an expert in the architecture of quality management systems, and keeps leading the development of SynControl (the IT platform that powers our Quality Assurance department’s activities and that has been installed in some progressive factories).

He is an ASQ-Certified ‘Quality Engineer’ and ‘Supplier Quality Professional’, and a ISTA-certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

He maintains our popular blog on these topics at QualityInspection.org. He was quoted in the New Yorker, the Los Angeles Times, Quality Progress, Quality Digest, and more.
