We do not serve very large buyers. We are proud to be a human-size company. We are looking for small-to-medium size importers who value our reactivity and our personalized advice.

The main difference between Sofeast and other quality assurance firms is that we know our clients, we know their situation and their constraints, and our goal is to help them suceed in the long term.

New services tailored for SMEs

The large quality control firms have come up with a few standardized services that suit the needs of their large clients to secure their Asian production.

Nowadays, most QA firms push these one-size-fits-all solutions. We think this is a mistake. We have designed several services around the needs of smaller buyers:

  • A Standard Quality Check (starting at $250) is appropriate for buyers who need speed and simplicity.
  • A Facilities & Operations Check (starting at $250) is sufficient to evaluate workshops employing below 500 operators (which can seldom pass traditional audits successfully). We have noticed that small buyers are often better served by small factories.
  • Our Milestones Tracking service (starting at $50) is ideal for importers who don't manage to get regular status updates from their suppliers.

More demanding clients will be offered the traditional quality control services that have proven their value (inspections based on a detailed checklist, in-depth factory audits, laboratory testing).

We have noticed that few buyers have extensive experience about quality control. If you are not familiar with our offers, it is necessary to find out what your needs really are.

Different importers are in different situations:

  • Some have a quality department. They know exactly what they expect, and all they need is a trusted pair of eyes on the ground.
  • Some others do not have such internal expertise. They need help in defining and communicating their requirements, and more generally in getting tools to reduce delays and quality problems.
  • Still others deal with slim margins and a wide range of products. They only need a quick check of what the factory is doing, to avoid defective shipments and to see photos of the product appearance.
