Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
On garments, we always check the following elements:
The number of defects is compared to the AQL to set the limit between acceptance and refusal. Our procedure is based on the ISO 2859 standard. The customer decides on the AQL level for major and for minor defects (usually 2.5% and 4.0%). “Major defects” make a product difficult to sell in general, and “minor defects” are the slightly undesirable problems that don't usually prevent a sale. Each report contains comments, size charts and photos, and of course our conclusion (pass/fail) about the inspection. You can accept or reject a shipment based on our report. Please email us and we'll send you an example of inspection report. Container-Loading Supervision (CLS)This control is performed in the supplier’s or the forwarder’s warehouse. Many factories don’t have a loading ramp, and they have a limited time to fill the container. As a result, some factories take little care of the loading process. This service ensures the proper loading conditions of your goods. For example: we make sure the heaviest and strongest cartons are at the bottom. If you have calculated a loading plan, we make sure it is respected. We count the cartons. We check whether they are damaged. We also check the shipping marks and your other specifications. And, if you send us information about the products, we make sure the right goods are shipped out. We then send you a report with photos, details, comments about the loading, and the seal number.

This kind of inspection usually takes place once 100% of the products are finished and 80%+ are packed. Some samples are chosen randomly and inspected.
