Option 1 (recommended):
You send the sample(s) directly to the factory, in a closed package. And you tell them clearly that this package can only be opened by the inspector.
Option 2:
You send the samples to our office, and we forward them to the technician who will perform the inspection.
Address to send samples:
Please contact us in advance (planning [at] sofeast.com) and we'll indicate the appropriate address. It depends on the place of inspection.
Please read this before sending us samples:
- Please send the samples at least 2 weeks before your desired service date.
- Please use a shipping company such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT rather than the postal service (faster customs clearance, and better tracking).
- Make sure you retain your tracking number, and please send us an email about it.
- When describing the package contents, be sure to write: "Commercial sample of no retail value"
- Please declare the total value of package as USD $1.
- Please mark the Express Shipping Document for "Payment of Duty and Tax by Sender".
