Code of ethics

Our staff has to follow the three principles outlined below. Failure to comply with any of these principles is cause for immediate dismissal.

Integrity

The information gathered during our missions should be reported correctly, accurately, and clearly.

Inspections and audits should be performed in conformity with our procedures and standards, and based on the client's requirements and instructions.

Clarity of motives

Our staff should remain free of relationships that involve conflicts of interests (e.g. relationships of any kind with factories, doing sourcing activities, etc.).

Our staff is not allowed to request or accept personal gifts or favors, and they have the duty to report any corrupting offer made to them, to another employee, or involving our company.

It is important that nobody can suspect us of getting bribes/commissions. That's why we do not negotiate pricing, or approve a supplier.

Confidentiality

All information received in the context of our services should be treated as confidential, and should never be disclosed to any party outside our company (except if the client agrees to it in advance, as expressed by law, or for safety reasons).

This is why we do not "introduce good factories that we know".
